Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Shipment


  • Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests made after 72 hours but before shipment will receive an 80% refund.
    A 20% non-refundable fee applies due to production and material costs.

After Shipment


  • Once an order has been shipped, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the order date.
