Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- The item received is incorrect
Aliflowers will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
For cancellations requested after 72 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover production and material costs.
If your order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled directly. The item must first be returned to us before any refund can be processed.
For shipped orders, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition.
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
