Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Shipment


  • Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests made after 72 hours but before shipment will receive an 80% refund.
    A 20% non-refundable fee applies due to production and material costs.

After Shipment


  • Once an order has been shipped, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the order date.

This was actually a very, very pleasant experience. In the beginning, I did not believe that this was a real company. In today’s age, you have to be very careful because you don’t know who is authentic and legitimate versus who is the individual to take does not belong to them. We want to stay a long time to commit to the risk that I might lose my money. Everything turned out to be just perfect. The communication during the entire process was wonderful. Tracking was provided so I can watch my product move towards me. When my product arrived, I was curious as to whether or not the quality would be above Board. I hope to help that it would not be a super cheap version that fell apart quickly. But in my surprise, it was amazing. Very very high-quality. Great materials used to construct the greenery backdrop. Stitching was nice all the way around. I was surprised by the Velcro attachment that would look very nice. I really enjoyed how wide the pocket was so I could slide my frame through for hanging. I really love all of the ties at different anchor points on the backdrop. That really made for a well Hung backdrop. Also, the little bags that they came in for each panel was a very, very nice touch.. Overall, this is a very pleasant experience and I will definitely order again.

I’m extremely happy with my greenery wall from Ali Flowers! As an event decorator, I’m always looking for pieces that are beautiful, good quality, and worth the investment, and this one checked all the boxes. I paid $199 and honestly feel like I got an amazing deal for the quality. The greenery is full, beautiful, and looks very professional in person. It’s exactly what I was hoping for and will be such a great addition to my event inventory. Great quality, great price, and definitely worth it. Everyone LOVED how beautiful the backdrop looked! I loved how EASY it was to set up! I previously bought what I thought was a similar product, but there’s no comparison. I returned the first one I bought as it was heavy and had a weird residue. I was pleasantly surprised by how light and easy this one was to set up and I love that it has a finished backside so no light shines through it. We have many more events we’ll be able to use this for!! In fact, I ordered 6 in total 😀 Excellent quality! Very happy!
