Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.
Cancellation requests made after 72 hours but before shipment will receive an 80% refund. A 20% non-refundable fee applies due to production and material costs.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the order date.

I love this flower display! I have a business setting up proposals and added this gorgeous red arch to my collection. The flowers came flattened out, and it took a few minutes to get them all fluffed up. Once they were arranged, the arch is full, tons of flowers, and very well-made! I had a hard time with the instructions of the frame itself, I sent an email and had a response within 10 minutes. A representative was walking me through how to do the arch, step-by-step, in live time. The customer service is great, the price is great, the quality is great and I will absolutely order from them again!
I loveeeeee my rose heart arch! This is so perfect for my luxury hotel set ups that I offer. Engagement, proposals, birthdays, anniversary, photo shoot, or just because. Would have really loved it if an extra bag was provided for the cloth roses. Other than that perfect!
